Senior Management Development Seminar

BACKGROUND:

This is a three-day workshop to help you become a more dynamic leader, speaker and presenter. This workshop will assess your current leadership skills and teach your how to improve your presentations and improve your confidence.

You will also learn how to interact with other team members as well as get a better understanding of your leadership style.

Class size is limited to 6 to 18 participants.

Professionals at all levels who are required to interact with others and need to gain acceptance of their ideas. This is not a beginners course. This fast paced course is designed for busy professionals who want to fine-tune their existing skills.
